We couldn’t be more thrilled to share that 2022 James Beard semi-finalists for Best Chef, Southeast, Mike Costello and Amy Dawson, will be joining us for a very special evening celebrating Appalachian foodways on Saturday evening, April 6th @ Parker Commons. Mike and Amy operate Lost Creek Farm in West Virginia. You may have seen them featured in the New York Times or their appearance on Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown West Virginia episode. Their work is a celebration of “place” and all that entails from the history and culture of the people that have inhabited this region for thousands of years to the hills and trees and creeks that define the natural environment.

Dinner will be an experience celebrating this landscape, its rich history, and the spirit of its people. Dinner will be followed by live music and a joyous community dance.
